Our services are time intensive and time consuming; therefore there are no refunds after we receive your request for service.
We are the Agency for Civil Enforcement Corporation better known as, and herein after referred to as, "A. C. E., Inc.," during the course of our relationship, we will attempt to obtain and provide accurate data and information. "A. C. E., Inc." makes no warranties or representations, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose as to the accuracy of data or information provided. "A. C. E., Inc." cannot be liable for any reason whatsoever and cannot be responsible for any damages of any kind. You agree to indemnify and hold "A. C. E., Inc. " harmless for any and all damages, claims, or losses suffered by anyone involved " as a result of third party claims relating to your use of data or information provided to you from "A. C. E., Inc." In addition, you agree to pay any and all legal fees, court expenses and expenses on behalf of "A. C. E., Inc." should any mediation, depositions, inquiries, negotiations, meetings and or a lawsuit(s) arise. All data and information is obtained from a multitude of sources which "A. C. E., Inc." has no control. Data or information may be limited and in some cases not current. None of the above disclaimers are meant to supersede any governing laws and or pertinent regulations.
Private investigation services and information provided within our reports may not be used as a factor in determining an individual's eligibility for insurance, credit, or employment unless prior consent was obtained of the person/subject. Investigative reports may not be used for any purpose governed by the Federal Fair Debt Reporting Act as described in 15 U.S.C. 1681 A (D), as amended. The information we provide is time consuming and retrieved from numerous public sources both human and technological. We do not guarantee or warranty this information as human error always plays a role in gathering public records and information. By accepting these terms you have agreed that Agency for Civil Enforcement Corp. its agents, employees, associates and/or Jonathan Levy, as the business owner and or him personally will be held harmless in the event a mistake was made. In the event litigation and or any type of mediation or meeting(s) otherwise is required the venue will be Boynton Beach Florida only.
Data Destruction Policy: We only store data relating to process serving services information for a period of 180 days after a service is complete. All Private Investigation files are saved for two years as required by Florida law. We do not under any circumstances save, warehouse, copy or utilize any case file information or client information other than how it was intended.
Email Addresses, Cookies and Contact information:
We do not store or save contact information for commercial use. We do, however, retain your mailing address and telephone number for reference purposes [only] when you hire us. Rest assured we do not use any tracking, secret codes or cookies within our pages. We do not create files or data sources with your information. All information is confidential and secure.
Refund Policy: Since we provide you with time and travel based informational, research, courier, process serving and investigative services there are NO REFUNDS after payment is received. There are NO refunds after we receive your service request. All services must be prepaid. We accept all credit cards. When you hire us you are agreeing to our terms.
Let it be known and you are agreeing to our policy of NO REFUNDS. We do not offer refunds after payment is made. By the time your payment was made we would have started a file, sent time discussing your matter and created a file. Our services commenced the minute you made contact with our office and after you engaged an agent in our office.
Billing Private Investigation Services:
A. C. E., Inc. Investigation fees are determined and agreed to prior to commencing service. Most private Investigation services are billed on an hourly basis. Some long term projects or unique service requests may be specially priced. All billing relating to Private Investigation services is accounted for in increments of a half hour, after the first three hours. The client [you] pays for all expenses and applicable taxes. Initial consultations are always free and are by appointment only. A reasonable retainer amount is required before the commencement of your request for investigation services.
Billing Private Process Serving Services:
Service of Process of Summonses, Orders, Writs, subpoena's and or posting and or hand delivery of demand and notification documents are flat fee based. There are two primary aspects we use to determine the service fee for your request; that is, the zip code and the required serve by date / deadline you require.
Routine Service Fee's for attempting service of process i.e. serving or delivering your legal papers are performed within a week to ten days, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Rush Service Fees are billed at double the routine fee.
Same Day Service Fees are billed at triple the routine fee.
All process serving services must be prepaid in advance of services. All process serving services include up to three attempts, if necessary, at one address. If a second or more addresses are requested, the same fee you paid for the first address applies to each additional location. Services are billed by address and how many service requests are to be delivered or served at that same address. You agree, when you send us your service packet / letter or otherwise, the address to where you are sending us is your responsibility. If the address you provided is determined to appropriate, vacant, occupied by someone other than who we are attempting to serve, wrong, improperly listed, typed improperly, cannot be found, does not exist, the fee you paid is expended. We do not take any responsibility for addresses, unless retained to do so. We always charge additional fees for additional attempts, wait time and any other services deemed to be in addition to our initial agreement for services.
Special timing, timed arrangements and requests for serving process are considered special services when we are asked to appear on a specific date, time and place. This type of service is subject to additional fees.
Retrieving, locating and Ordering Courthouse records and information:
Fees vary according to location and the timing of requested service. Fees for courthouse services are paid for in full regardless of the results. If the court or agency you directed us to perform services cannot find your file that is no fault of ours. Therefore, the fees you agreed to pay guarantees we will be paid for the time spent trying to assist you and are non-refundable. Please note the fee we quote you does NOT include copy expenses, scanning, etc.
